The Lviv Conference Bureau with the participation of Lviv Mayor Andrii Sadovyi and Deputy Mayor for Development Andrii Moskalenko held an online meeting with the Lviv Honorary Ambassadors.
The main ideas of the meeting:
✅maximum support from the conference bureau in planning the transfer, postponement or hybridization of conferences planned in Lviv;
✅together with Honorary Ambassadors we intensify work on inviting conferences of national associations to Lviv. To do this, the conference bureau offers an individual support package;
✅ we will work together on a special protocol for holding conferences in the new realities, the basic of which will be to ensure maximum sanitary safety for participants;
✅ online and hybrid conferences. Together we will offer a road map and ready-made solutions/proposals for holding conferences of this type.
