Raiffeisen Bank Aval JSC shareholders, at their extraordinary general meeting held on September 30 in Kiev, prematurely terminated the powers of the Chairman and other members of the Supervisory Board and elected them in a new composition. Lviv Honorary Ambassador Pavlo Sheremeta was re-elected an independent member of the Supervisory Board.
Besides, after a long time, the Supervisory Board met in Lviv, not in Kiev or Vienna, as usual.
