Myroslava Novosilska, President of the Ukrainian Association of Surgical Hair Restoration, organized the Second International Congress. Lviv was visited by experts in trichology, dermatology, surgery, gynaecology and hair transplantation from 12 countries: Egypt, Turkey, Argentina, Spain, Greece, UAE, Ukraine, France, India, Poland, Germany and Georgia.
The speakers presented the latest developments in trichology, micropigmentation and transplantology, shared innovative methods and knowledge on hair restoration. The topical issue for discussion was hair restoration after coronaviral disease. At the lectures and practical sessions 100 doctors from all over Ukraine sought comprehensive approaches to solve the problem of hair loss.
Many speakers and participants of the congress visited Lviv for the first time. They discovered the city, its conference capabilities and most importantly – Ukrainian doctors, who are ready to improve their skills, participate in educational activities, and, of course, share their experiences.
Also in attendance were Deputy Mayor for Economic Development Andrii Moskalenko and Director of the Lviv Convention Bureau Andriy Pavliv to greet the international guests.

For the first time in a long period of quarantine, major off-line events in the city are beginning to re-open. International experts are ready to visit Ukraine in compliance with all quarantine requirements.
«Many speakers, despite everything, came to us. With joy, because they can communicate live, we have created a fantastic international platform, so that Ukrainian doctors could gain the experience and good practices around the world», – said the president of the Ukrainian Association of Surgical Hair Restoration Myroslava Novosilska.
Everyone is tired of online events, they want live communication, informal meetings, because conferences are not only about content, but also about networking.
«When doctor Myroslava asked me, invited me to a meeting, I asked one question: «Will it be another webinar or will it be a live convention?» She said: «Live convention». And I say: «Okay, after one year of isolation due to the pandemic, it’s time to go to Ukraine for the first live meeting in a year», – said hair transplantologist from Greece Vekris Anastasion.
The second congress became a unique platform for discussion and experience exchange between researchers and clinicians, it brought together leading experts, gave an impetus to new ideas, projects and motivation to develop more and more.
