The Opera House in the Italian city of Bologna offered the Ukrainian conductor Oksana Lyniv to lead the Teatro Comunale. Until now, Oksana Lyniv was the main conductor of the opera of the city of Graz, Austria.

In July, she became the first female conductor to open the Bayreuth Opera Festival in Germany – for the first time in 145 years of the festival’s existence.
