The National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine has announced the winners of the awards named after outstanding scientists of Ukraine. Lviv Honorary Ambassador Yurij Holovatch was awarded the Oleksandr Davydov Award.
The award is given for outstanding work in theoretical and biological physics. Professor Golovach in cooperation with Myroslav Golovko and Anatolii Zahorodnii received the award for scientific work «Development of statistical methods for the study of structurally disordered many-particle systems».
