Elsevier Publishing Company with the support of ICSR Lab (Updated science-wide author databases of standardized citation indicators) conducted the rating “Top 2% of the most cited scientists in the world”. 108 Ukrainians were included in the list. Among them – Roman Lesyk, Professor of the Danylo Halytsky Lviv National Medical University;
8 teachers of the Lviv Polytechnic National University, 2 representatives of the S. Pidstryhach Institute for Applied Problems of Mechanics and Mathematics, NAS Ukraine and one representative from Danylo Halytsky Lviv National Medical University, National Forestry University of Ukraine, Ivan Franko Lviv National University and Karpenko Physico-Mechanical Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
