The Ukrainian Institute and the UN Women Ukraine have announced the winners of the Women in Arts 2021 Award. Lviv Honorary Ambassador Oksana Lyniv is among them.
The winners were announced on March 12 as part of the HeForShe Arts Week. Oksana Liniv won the award in the category «Women in Music».
The winners of the Women In Arts Award were rated by specialized experts in the relevant field. Ambassadors of foreign countries and heads of foreign cultural institutions working in Ukraine were members of the Supervisory Board.
The organizers decided to honour the winners of 2021 with the documentary «Women Playing Games». The film brings together seven stories about the life and career of the Women in Arts 2021 winners. The Odessa International Film Festival became a partner of the premiere.
